Hinkley High School Renovation & Addition

Aurora, CO

Connecting through experience of place.

RTA and MOA Architecture completed renovations and expansion of Hinkley High School in 2007. To meet the needs of this growing school, RTA was retained by Aurora Public Schools to design a classroom addition and building renewal.

Ever curious. Ever learning. Ever improving.

RTA conducted several DAG meetings and collaborated closely with the District to determine the appropriate strategy and location for the classroom addition.

Purposeful, engaging solutions.

The renovations and addition include an eight-classroom addition, replacement of boilers and RTUs at the pool area, and renewal which includes security cameras, locker replacement, locker room floor replacement, gymnasium light replacement, new photo lab table, and auditorium A/V improvements. This project will be completed in the summer of 2019.
