- New construction
- Flexible learning environments that promote collaboration
The design features grade-level learning communities with shared programmatic spaces strategically located between them. The classroom location maximizes natural daylight while maintaining effective solar control. Each learning community is anchored by shared support spaces, including extended learning areas, small group rooms, and staff workrooms, that promote flexibility, collaboration, and instructional support.
The site is designed to bring students, staff, and the community together through spaces that encourage connection, learning, and respite. The building is centrally located, with parking and the primary entry on the southeast and playgrounds, plazas, and open activity areas on the north. These outdoor spaces connect seamlessly to the adjacent public park, enhancing community integration.
