Through a collaborative design process, RTA worked closely with DHHA and Clayton staff to re-imagine the space as a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC).

The clinic will offer comprehensive services, including a pharmacy, primary care, dental care with panoramic X-ray capabilities, integrated behavioral health, and administrative and clinical support spaces. Key features include universal exam rooms, consult rooms, storage for EKG, NST, and ultrasound equipment, conference rooms, staff offices and workspaces, patient and staff restrooms, and welcoming check-in and waiting areas.

Exterior and interior renovations will preserve and revitalize the building’s historic character. The adaptive reuse of this historic building will serve the health and wellness needs of the surrounding community.
