RTA has been proud to work on such projects as:

• The Pikes Peak Summit Visitor Center, which is pursuing the Living Building Challenge
• Pueblo Community Health Center's East Side Clinic, which is the first verified Zero Energy outpatient clinic in North America, according to the New Buildings Institute (NBI)
• And the U.S. Air Force Academy Foundation & Association Wecker Hall, which is pursuing Zero Energy
