Brighton Collegiate High School was designed and master planned for student capacity of 400 with the ability to expand to 600 with a future building addition.

The new 56,910 sq. ft. charter school included a gymnasium with seating for 300, classrooms, technology lab, administrative areas, art room, two-story lobby entry, and light-filled circulation with views to the outdoors.
