RTA seeks self-motivated employees preferably with a background in education, retail, and/or healthcare facilities.  We desire licensed architects with a minimum of five years experience while other positions may require experience in their area of expertise.  There may be times when RTA is not actively searching for candidates but you may submit your resume via email to employment@rtaarchitects.com or via fax 719.471.1174.

GENERAL EMPLOYMENT INFORMATION

Our office is located in beautiful downtown Colorado Springs along the front range of the Rocky Mountains and has a spectacular view of Pikes Peak from our front window.  Our open office environment promotes a team work ethic.  We ensure that all of our employees have the tools they need to do their jobs effectively, from updated computer hardware, updated AutoCAD software (v2009 and v2010) and updated Revit software (v2009 and v2010), to administrative and team support.  We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, disability, and life insurance, a 401(k), and a flexible spending account.
